Step 1

To get started, head to app.letter.co.

Step 2

Sign in to your Letter account.

Step 3

Tap on the Bank icon in the left hand menu, and tap on Dashboard.

Step 1

Tap on the Checking Accounts button.

Step 1

Tap on the checking account attached to the card you want to freeze.

Step 1

In the checking account screen, the Details tab will be highlighted. 

Step 2

Tap on the Cards tab (it's next to Details), to view the cards that are attached to the account.

Step 1

When the Cards tab is highlighted, you will see a gallery of the attached cards.

Step 2

Tap on the right hand arrow to scroll through your cards. 

Step 3

Tap on the card you wish to freeze.

Step 1

Tap the Freeze button.

Step 2

Your card is now frozen and will remain so until you choose to unfreeze it, or process it as lost or stolen.
