Log into your Letter account at app.letter.co

Tap on the Settings icon (it looks like a cog.)

The settings icon is where all of the settings for your account live.

Tap on Members

It's just below Organization in the list.

Tap on the Invite a New Member button.

Inviting new members is how you add users to your accounts.

A quick housekeeping note: you are ultimately responsible for your user's actions in your Letter account. Exercise great discretion in whom you extend invites to.

Tap on either a current member, or on Add New Contact to add a user to your account.

If you don't have any contacts yet, you will only see the Add New Contact button.

A modal will pop up for you to enter your invitee's email address and choose their permission level.

Step 2

There are 2 levels of permission that you will choose from - view only and admin.

View only gives your invitee permission to view the account, but they will not be able to transact or make any changes.

Admin gives your invitee all of the same account privileges as yourself, except for the ability to close the account.

Step 3

Tap the Send Invite button.

Step 4

Your invitee will receive an email containing instructions for being added to your Letter organization, and for setting up their Letter user account.

Step 1

The invite has been sent containing the account link.

Step 2

Each link is good for 3 days.

If your invitee doesn't sign up within 3 days, you will need to resend the link. Letter chose to have the links expire fairly quickly as an extra security measure.

Step 3

Invitation complete! Be sure to follow up with your invitee to ensure they set-up their account.
